This area of teaching is definetly something I need to work on more. I feel I have deveoloped my soft skills over my time as a teacher, but I want to improve. I enjoyed this course.

I agree that being clear in your objectives and procedures reduces stress as a teacher. I am finding that I need to set boundries so I am able to be healthy to address the needs of my students and my obligations as an instructor.
