The importance of clear and accurate documentation and follow up plans with students and graduates.

I have gained a few more tools to ensure the students understand their own roles and responcibilities when it comes to career services and job placement. Helping to manage expectations and getting buy in is essential.

I liked the multiple outlines of how placement was defined. I also liked the use of partnerships to review the processes and proceedures for further evaluation and the betterment of the students outcomes.

My take aways are not only about the importance of accurate reporting but transparency in the educational process as a whole.  I really liked the definiation of gainful employment including "leads to a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction".
