I learned it is important to stay up to date and organized regarding policies, transfer of credits, and etc. 

i learned it is important to know what is offered and where that can lead a student in the future. 

I learned that it is important to be well prepared going into an interview with a student. I will make sure to have the information readily available for you each student. 

I appreciate having all of the terms defined in a list. That makes my job a little easier with knowing the terms.
