I have learned that if i want to give help to disable student i have to go through the right channels meaning through the person or organization who is taking care of the student.

I had a good experience to wait for the disable to ask for help to give him apourtunity to do what he can do, but if he asks for help i have to be happy to give help. 

It is so important to understand people with disability also from the humanity side how to give them special treatment and priority.

Understanding of the treatment of students with special needs and how to give them the equal opportinuty .

It is so important to understand what's sexual assault and the more important how to avoid it, I believe Title IX Is important for everyone. 

Title IX and VAWA is not easy to comply, and the coordinator has big responsibility and must provide protection to the victim as well as he must do immediate investigation.

It is very important to know that we have a coordinator to title 1X in the school, as well as I hade better idea about title 1X and VAWA.

FERPA' Is a protection for the students records and they are official that not every student or instructor can see unless they have authority to do so, this is student privacy unless there is special request to be done and this is the responsibility of the school. Even for the student he must apply for a special request and must wait 45 days to get the approval from the school.

Questioning technique encourage the students to be more confident to participate in the conversation which was very helpful to know how to ask question, when to ask and the way of asking question.

Its good to know different types of teaching so will have good idea of what do the student like the way of learning in this case i will be sure that every student got the same standard of learning,
