It is important to understand how we stay in compliance within our university.

It is critical that we understand the organization that we work for and that admissions process and requirements are to provide the best and most accurate information possible.

We must provide the most clear and concise information when it comes to tuition costs. 

This training helps me to understand the best way to respond to a student without providing misguided information. 

Making a checklist is a great way to stay on track and organized when helping your students. 

It is very beneficial to know the rules and regulations if each department. Reaching out to different departments to gain an understanding of this is a great tool. Student services is a great asset to students especially if we understand all of the information that is beneficial to the students. 

It is so important to understand the documents that the students are receiving so you can help them understand them.

With how important the admissions process is it is critical that we know all of the policies and procedures to provide the best service to our students.
