Using multiple sources is best practice when it comes to the evaluation of your work and student performance. 

The use of forms of formative and summative assessments with a focus on the use of a rubric, for teacher and peer assessments, are very useful feedback tools. 

Scaffolding is important for ensuring that students have or receive the knowledge that they need to be successful in the learning objectives. 

It is very important to be consistent in developing templates. The students need to know each time they enter a course where they can find the material, quizzes, exams, etc.

It is not easy but we as instructors must try to teach to each students learning style. 

Advising is not to be taken lightly. This should be done very carefully to ensure they get the most out of their education.

I think it is important to be mindful of both verbal and non-verbal cues at all times. 

As an instructor, it is my responsibility to do the best I can to teach/support my students so they can achieve their goals. If I do not do this then I am failing the student as well as the school. 

I see a lot of issues with my students missing class due to family/work problems. I just try to help the students stay on track the best I can. I also try to help them keep there focus on the end result.
