I found this tip to be most helpful:  Remind learners to complete their assignments offline and keep a back-up on an alternative storage medium. 

I loved this suggestion to use a video-enabled chat tool or video-conferencing platform to engage your students and facilitate the discussions. 

Because of this unit, I learned to 1) send a welcome message at the end of day 1 of a class, and 2) send a personalized email to every learner with a reminder about office hours!

I learned about the importance of learning support and to pay attention to what my contract requires of me. I appreciated the item discussing the turnaround time for student inquiries.
