Reconciliation should be done monthly

I learnt that a school can be exempted from applying accreditation based on its being in operation for more than 20 years

It is important for all departments to be well equipped in compliance issues and have an understanding of how financial aid laws and regulations are so important.

What time frame is considered a long time since the last review under the triggers of a review or audit selection criteria?

I have learned that FAOs have to be meticulous about their work to comply with the existing laws

FAOs work in the best interest of the school and the student. 

I learnt that students records records under 3rd party vendors are also subject to FERPA

The orientation will also be a determining factor if the new hire will last as an instructor in our school.

I have learned to listen more as I need to get to know the applicant better.

There is a plethora one can use in recruiting potential applicants. 2 which I think would be the best are the internet and professional bodies.
