A good job analysis will help the school acquire skilled and knowledgeable instructor's. 

Communication is important and the whole organization should be on the same page.

It is important for departments to work together harmoniously for the good of the students. 

Building a customer relationship is far beyond between the customer and the school. It surpasses to the community. The community can be a positive or negative influence to prospective students as our students come from the community. So it is paramount that as schools we engage with the community on a more personal level as well.

Customer service is very important as it brings the brand closer to the customer, boosts sales and adds value to a brand. It's a win win for both companies and customers if customer service is prioritized.

I learned that there is need for board recognition to keep members motivated and focused.

A formal assessment for governing boards should be carried out 2 to 3 years whereas advisory boards should be assessed annually. 

The structure of the creation of boards depends on the size of the organization. Smaller boards are mostly preferred as they are more hands-on and are less time consuming in the decision making process. There should always be an odd number of members in a board so that it doesn't become deadlocked in its decision making process.

Advisory board members participate on a voluntary basis and their primary purpose is to be a management reaource that enhances resident skills for a specific purpose.

I learnt that audits should be fact based and not rely on assumptions & resolutions should be made, depending on the issue that needs to be rectified it can take a year or more to resolve.
