I was interested to see that I am primarily a visual learner and also tend to present content in that way. I will be making an effort to incorporate other styles more. I do try to do "appreciative inquiry" a lot in one on ones by focusing on strengths as a means to work on things that need improvement. 

I found the leadership legacy worksheet to be very helpful, I will use it in the future. I found the concept of low completion rates being the biggest challenge interesting - in my option, the biggest challenges are the factors contributing to low completion rates. I view low completion as the outcome of challenges such as high cost, lack of information, etc. 

I enjoyed the scenarios and seeing how a successful leader interacts with followers in a relevant situation. 

I have learned about various leadership styles and when a particular style may be more beneficial or risky. This lesson has shed more light on situational leadership and how leaders need to adapt their styles to the situation and their followers.
