I will need to be consistent, so that the students can easily find the information and know what to be looking for.  Try to make it fun. Be creative. Always to in contact with your students. Keep them informed. 

As instructors, we wear many hats. Take each role seriously and work with your students.  Listen to the students feedback and use it to improve your course.

1. Organization and communication is extremely important.  Make sure your student are aware of deadlines. You must set rules for your classroom and make sure they are understood. I will use both synchronus and asynchronus, as we use both online virtual classrooms and the students can also do some of the work at their own pace. 

I learned that there are many different tools for us to use.  We need to assess them and how they can help us teach the students. We can be creative with the technology, but always make sure you are getting the desired results.  If not, you may have to change the technology or how you are using the technology.
