Job descriptions need to be very precise and detailed with the graduates skills if they are not they can be questionable whether or not it is a placement

Compliance is a big factor! Organizing data & triple checking data is a great way to make sure that everything is ready for verification. 

I learned that it is very important to have very detailed information and that the more details you have the less questions (scrutiny) will be a factor. Document, Document, Document!

What I gathered from the this part of the training, is that is very important to make sure we are documenting and obtaining gainful employment for the students attending HEI's, to ensure we keep down scrutiny and are adhering to the guidelines of the. accreditation
