I learned that using multiple evaluations will be very beneficial.

I do believe that feedback is important.  I will do written feedback but then I will verbally go over the written feedback with them.  This gives them the opportunity to ask questions.

It is very important to create a good syllabus especially for online learning!

We already do almost all of this.  But I do agree consistency is the key and organization.  In the course that I teach we already do have course consistency.  This makes it much easier for the students to learn.
