This module allows you a better understanding of the other departments, to provide more detailed information to the students of our services.

In this part we see the importance of the processes and their execution. This way we can learn the best way to offer support and assist future students effectively.

This is my first time in admissions and this module is really important to familiarize myself with the procedures, terminology and certifications.
