The school as a whole is a guiding force for the future of every prospective student, current student and graduate that chooses our school. it is our responsibility to ensure and provide that every step in their journey is transparent and that every question or concern is heard, addressed and answer to it full potential and with truth.

No matter the intend, if we do not remember to, "do the right thing for the right reasons"; the student or individuals will ultimately be the one impacted the most. If we loss trust then there is no transparency.

Its important to do our due diligence when speaking to anyone. No matter how little the detail. Remember "if it doesn't sound right, then is probably isn't."

Misrepresentation can occur even when not intended. Before answering a question or inputting your own opinion ensure that you are not using superlatives and that you giving accurate information.

Transparency is key to ensure that there's no misrepresentation. Follow all policies and make sure every step is taken so that there's no miscommuncation.

Its important to know what your job is and to be able to provide accurate information as well as informative information for the student. Remember that if you do not know that answer then its okay but be able to refer the student to the right personnel. Understand your role and that it plays a major part in the representation of the school as a whole.

Being transparent is essential. Holding yourself accountable and to the highest standards ensure that you do not blur the lines of doing the right thing for your student. In the end, by maintaining transparency you build trust with the student and remain compliant.
