Communication and support between all involved parties is crucial for student success.

Communication & proper documentation of hours are key when it comes to a successful internship experience. 

I would like to seek more opportunities for internships for my students. Most students who participate in this type of experience come back more motivated to pursue their education and training skills. 

Internships are a valuable way for students or anyone to build their skills, gain confidence and network with potential employers.

We currently have alumni who are highly engaged with our program. I like the idea from S. Brassard about recognizing these alumni further to highlight these relationships with current students, community groups & families. 

I thought it was interesting to see the data on career services staff. Although these centers can play a crucial role in student employment outcomes, many are understaffed.
