The checklist of documents is a helpfull tool I would consider this for updating information.

Active engagement, from the student perspective would give me a feel about their interest.  I find it fascinated that I can take the opportunity to actually sit on such course. Giving me the opportunity to than explain and also mention the instructor to the perspective student.

It's understood that the Admissions process requires a lot of paperwork. If following specific guidelines, the order in which the paperwork for a new student application is to be handle would eventually be easier on yourself. Being prepared before the student has been invited to the office makes the process easier as well. As far as providing tuition information to the applicant, following guidelines and making sure it’s understandable. If there is to be a concerned from the applicant,  far as knowing who to refer for financial aid.

The outcome of this module demonstrated the key functional MUST to be a successful Admissions Representative. I would say that the information given, been a daily activity put into practice. It's my understanding that knowing the importance it is to actually know the information. Always have the most up-to-date information to than explain. It's always great to have someone come to you for support and having the ability and the opportunity to help.
