for this class i learned there are many options to running a class and it is better th try new stratagies 

Notes in a class are iportant while in school, it is a chanel that te students have to study from what you have spoke about 

when in dout leasson plan it out, i have always used them to map out how i teach any new class 

i would get to know them prior to class, and have a plan ready for how you teach and stick to it. 

make sure you have it lines out and very clear your make up time and testing 

feedback and class participation are key when managing a class 

i like to change up my teaching stye to adapt to the students so they learn more 

if you are ready for class they will be ready for class. 

prep before class and take time to set up your class before giving the lecture. 

setting the standard is key and if the student dose not continue to adapt to the standard then remove for the class
