I think the skills were a great reminder of what we can do in the classroom and how to navigate those skill sets. 

The PERMA module was fun to learn. I enjoyed how to build goals and cultivate how to continue honing those goals. 

This was a really cool that talked about the PERMA Model and how it can be benifical in the Education System. I really enjoyed learning about Strength Spotting and how it can boost someone's confidence.
