Learned that I as the instructor play a big role in the lives of the students. They look to the instructor for guidance and direction along with many other things. It’s my responsibility to keep a solid foundation keeping everyone on the same page. No favorites or buddy buddy with the students.

Understanding the different types of learning difficulties that may arise with different individuals based on their preference of learning, their distractions, the quiet one, etc. learn to keep communication open as well as Keep all communication in a file under the students profile understand to follow policy and procedure based on behavioral issues to follow The guidelines specifically, as they are stated so that there is no miscommunication as to how a student should respond or receive information from the instructor, etc.

I have learned a few different styles of teaching one is more for Or class setting where is the other one is for individual setting for discussion providing feedback in a timely basis that is also positive reinforcement getting feedback from the students making sure that they’re getting what they need and want out of the courses to apply. I’ve learned to have discussions with students and individuals throughout my classes.

To project my authority from a distance project that my presence is there from a distance, providing feedback platforms for discussions based on specific topics make more than one forum as we don’t want any confusion between one discussion and answer

Learning and understanding ways to keep the students engaged and actively involved in learning. Ways I intend to apply this to my class is maKing the class fully aware to always ask question no matter what. And there is no right or wrong questions. Feel secure about answering questions or asking them there is never any judgement snickers laughs etc. as it will not be tolerated in my class.
