I thnk that  we can learn how to not be so judgemental.  People base alot of stereotypes due to fear but Gen Y is fearless because they've never been without.@ggkelley56 :

As a teacher it is always refreshing to step back and reassess and continuously improve on what I do because I know that it not only helps the students, it also aid myself.  I agree that the course added more structure by explaining how what we continually do really benefits the sstudents.
