Professor As a Guide

The Guide method is a great balance between the Controlling model and that of the Buddy model. The Guide method is what prompts students to take a class that a particular professor is teaching, irrespective of the subject matter since they learn from that professor and feel respected in the classroom.

Creating a balance between work and home

I find that I have to remind myself that a job, is just a job. When my home life suffers, everything else suffers along with it. Sometimes it is hard to remember to balance the two.
