What you have learned?
I completed ED104 and learned many teaching techniques. I learned from this course how to encourage and motivate the students. I hope to bring the new tools in my classroom and apply to my teaching.
How can you apply?
First, I plan to get to know my students and then go to their level. Next, I will pull them back to my level. As an instructor, I will find out what are the needs and wants of the students and then adjust my teaching techniques.
