Never be hesitant about asking colleagues for help. To avoid any fears about situations that are not present, farmilarize oneself with the institution vision, mission, and instructional curriculum.
If there is a disruptive student in the class there should be counselation of the condict and ways of resolution. If there is no improvement final measures should be taken accoding to the institutions' code of conduct policy.
I have two students that likes to be Center Stage. I plan to use the suggestion of using as an observer at intervals during theory class and class discussions. The suggestion is a GReat idea and will help me in future class lectures.
Making sure students understand that as for the WIIFM, turning in assignments by the deadline or communicating issues that may arrive when they don't have a assignments turned in can save them from getting an undesired grade.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
