Inter workplace relationships have destroyed more than one career. I would like to be the best co worker I can, as well as a highly effective instructor. To that end I will strive to apply the information I learned in this course daily in my intrapersonal and porfessional life.

I was able to learn from this course. How to increase student motivation. I am looking forward to implementing this practices into my class room.

I am a career Veterinary technician. In that role I have "taught", "been a teacher", "trained" and written multiple policies and procedures. I have not until now been an instructor. I have always heard that in order to learn is it better to teach. i have never found this to be a comfortable place to begin from. i have always wanted to learn from an expirienced individual then pass that knowlegde on once i have mastered the techniques.
