I learned the value of effective communication in an online environment is imaprative to student success.

I like the idea of biography and student biographies as a general group discussion.  Everyone has something they can bring to the table.

Weekly review of how the content was understood, any questions or clarification they may have, and keeping constant communication.

I feel that an e learning environment is here to stay at least for awhile.  From the start, it is important to have classroom management which only can be attained by effective (excellent) communication and engaging active learning.
