Online learning is majorly growing in popularity and as an instructor I too must embrace technology.  At our institution a survey indicated 79% of students prefer online.

Adapt, adapt, adapt to your audience.

Passive learning builds the foundation upon which the rest of the structure is completed.

As some of our courses are self-learning, self-paced I'm trying to wrap my head around how to incorporate active learning.  Videos, surveys, polls, required certain number of discussion interactions much like this one:-)
