I learned about the PAC and how it can help to support teacher and students by bridging the gap between industry & collegiate partners and the classroom

I learned about multiple early opportunities for students to earn college credit(s) including credit by exam, dual or concurrent enrollment and articulation agreements.

This content is geared toward post secondary program. At the hs level we encourage teachers to offer the recommended credentials multiple times per year if possible. This will position students to be able to earn stackable credentials by the end of the program.  

I now better understand how credentialing benefit students. I appreciated the list of scaffolding idea that will help instructor differentiate instruction.

The program of study is non duplicative and vertically aligned. This benefit both students and teachers.

I am an administrator, not a classroom teacher. Reflecting on my past teaching experience engaging students in relevant and meaningful dialogue to identify what knowledge they already have is the start to establishing their foundation skills. Scaffolding is a instructional strategy that will allow students to work along side the teacher until they build independence to work on their own. 

The program of study could be used to market the CTE program by outlining all of the course at the HS and post secondary institution that student could take. By enrolling, student will be able to earn skills and an industry recognized credential.

We are trying to refine the process to ensure data based decision are being made as it relates to curriculum development

By encouraging teachers to creating a yearly curriculum pacing guide and sharing it with all stakeholders. This will ensure transparency and trust.

I've learned how beneficial simulation and authentic worklike experience to students. It better prepares them for employment.
