I have learned about the 4 styles and will see which one that I want to be more like and try this for this school year.  I feel like based on the examples that I am more of a guide then I controller or buddy. But lets see how it goes. 

It was a great training and I learned about the pygmalian effect as that was something that I had not thought of before. Glad to make that connection and to see how things can improve with students levels of learning as I also give them insights and positive feedback.
