I have learned that the best response refers potential students back to a documented answer (college catalog, school website). It is easy to inject opinion, but if given info in black and white, you cannot be accused of misleading!
I have learned the importance of complying with both Dept. of Ed and state regulations. It can really cost a school if they have an employee determined NOT to do the right thing.
