This module reminded me of the importance of introductions on day one. Initial introductions provide a foundation for class unity as they gain knowledge together that can be a source of motivation. 

This module reinforced using clear instructional objectives.

I found this module to be particularly interesting with regard to the pleasant aesthetic design that guided the viewer through crisp modern images, repeat use of color and prompts that reinforce the message of the presentation.

This module has motivated me to incorporate a professional photo to a biography with credentials and professional achievements as a useful method to form student connections while projecting expertise/authority. 

Students that understand the real world application of knowledge attainment are invested in the learning process as adding to their personal value.
