I learned more about the Do Not Call registry and the importance of knowing what specific information prospective students are entitled to receiving upon consulting admissions staff. 

I've learned that it is important to walk each student through the enrollment process, being sure to clearly detail items like program requirements, tuition fees, and financial aid. Creating a checklist of eligibility and highlighting key points to communicate to the student can assist in making the process more effective while also lending to the building of their student file. 

It is vital to keep yourself updated on the rules and regulations of the admissions process.
