As easy as it may seem to avoid that one toxic co worker. I believe in approaching said individual when it compromises the care that is given to a patient. Sadly, because she does not have her license yet, the constructive feedback is taken harshly. I take great measure to thoroughly think about what I am going to say and how I am going to approach the situation, but I do not see any positive changes in her care to patients. I have heard attending and others make negative and toxic comments about her but the issue continues to cycle.… >>>
