I think that this course reestablishes how important communication skills are. Intially, I didn't think that a 100 level course would benefit me. However, even with a Masters degree I have learned not to overlook some important facets of basic communication and listening. I intend on using all the material that I have learned and incorporate it into better communicaiton with prospective students and my colleagues.
