Establishing clear communications through emails will help students to explore more conversation with their Career Service Advisor in the office. 

Having students realize their goals for themselves is the best way for them to buy into their new careers.

Listening to students will give you more insight on how to help them with starting a new career. 

I have learned from this training is to be a good listener to my students to understand where they are in life and seeking employment. 

Placement accuracy should be made with most importance. 

My biggest take away of reporting students being placed in jobs adds to the value of the university that I am employed with. Students need employment to not be in student debt for ever and schools should be held accountable in assisting students with employment.
