It seems tnat the students have much more responsibility to teach and learn from thier experiences. Providing those experiences is in oart the job of the facilitator.

Rubrics are a good thing. I have not used them much in the past but i can see that they can become useful in the future

It is imoirtant to have a good infrastucture to maintain an online learning enviroment. This requires looking at the present infrastucure and adding technology for all involved.

Active learning online is one of the most important means of teaching. Utilizing technology such as a simple drawing program can make active learning come alive by allowing the student to take control of your computer and (for example) draw the connecting wires to a circuit in an electrical photo.

I need to be organized and personal (Present) with the online enviroment. Keep in close contact. Communicaion is key.

Use all the feedback from the students to guide me in the effectiveness of my online progrsm. Be humble and change what is needed for student sucess.

No mater which way you go it all needs to be orgaized and consistant

It is important to seek out all available options and thier functions to find the best fit for your students and your teaching style. Many things can cross over to several areas but not all has to be used.
