I learn the importance of setting up and maintaining a Resource Notebook that contains critical and current information. Some you can get on the Internet, some info is available in printed documents, and others we must ask for. 

In this module, I learned more about career services and marketing strategies.  This information is useful for me as a program director. It´s important for me to give accurate and updated information to admissions representatives. 

I learned more about the enrollment agreement and the admissions representative responsibilities in this module. I do not work with the agreements, however, this information helps me to understand the process and to answer correctly the students' questions.

In this module, I learned that the CIE requires training and continuing education for all admissions and recruiting staff. I also learned the applicable Rule, central concepts, and term definitions. I will apply this when talking to re-entry prospects or students that want to ladder to another program.
