I think all instructors as well as supervisors should be involved in orientation week. We all need to know what rules and guidelines are being told so we can reinfoce them.  We all need to be on the same page or students will become confused and discouraged.

I made up a Ruberic and showed the class how I will be grading them on a certain chapter.  They really appreciated seeing how it was all broken down.  They really appreciated it, and left room for zero guessing!
