Throughout this whole training, the focus is really on honest and accurate information for students. 

Always refer back to the catalog for information - it should be the accurate information to provide to students. Marketing should be focused on accurate and consistent information. 

A great reminder to always tell the truth when providing information about your institution. It's always the right decision to provide accurate information so students are making the right decision from day 1. This will certainly cut down on disgruntled students while in the program. 

It is a great review of what we should and should not do when interacting with students. It is a great reminder of how important it is to follow the rules to avoid penalties and do the right thing for our students.
