It's always important to know the institutions advertizing methods and the accurate program information to provide the student with the proper explanation of the programs offered at the school.

I have been working as an admissions representative for 2 years and it's always nice to be informed on the institutions policies and procedures. 

It is interesting to see how much has gone into play since July of 2011. I think it's importants to keep people honest and follow the rules and regulations of each state standards.

We cannot gaurentee employment at all. I think that's something that the students should know up front. It's important to lay out all of the resources they have to use while attending the school to assist with job placement. Integrity is something we should take pride in as representatives, the student is trusting us and with that we should be giving factual information. Not opinions. 

When reading this section I learned a lot about regulations when dealing with certain wording with the students. One thing that stuck out to me specifically was to stay away from words such as, "best, state of the art, etc." I think making sure you're being accurate rather than opininated are important factors to helping a prospective student make a clear and concise decision to enroll into your institution. Also reading about the penalty fee for DNC was really eye opening. It's important to follow and not get an almost $40,000 fine.
