Hello, this is my second time taking this training and it's good to get a refresher as well as learn what's new on Admissions regulations and policies.

I learned to keep the resource notebook, handy, updated, and organized in a way we are able to find information readily and easily. Also about the institution's accreditation and government regulations and the importance of learning the impact on our institution.

I learned that it is beneficial knowing your organizational chart and the responsibilities that each of the department have. Also, some of the marketing strategies that could be done by the institution.

I've learned the importance of completing the Enrollment Agreement. Provide Financial Aid information by referring to the catalog or asking your supervisor. Also, the importance of filling and organizing documentation and following what your institution follows.

Hello, I've learned the different terminology utilized in the career school sector and admissions process. I've also learned to maintain a tool notebook to keep all policies, procedures, and regulations handy to provide that information to students and prospective students. As well as keep it up to date.
