I have learned that for every lesson taught, an assessement of how they are learning and what they have learned is essential.

This lesson helped me understand how to ask questions so the students may feel encouraged in the classroom.

I enjoyed learning about the REFOCUS approach in the classroom. Recognizing, Empowering, Focus, Objectivize, Commit, Unburden, and Surprise. It is interesting to know as an instructor one can always keep the class interesting.
