Good examples of positive attitude include smiling and greeting people at work when you meet them – it is an excellent way to start the day. You will be surprised how many people look disgruntled or downright grumpy when they walk into work daily. Students will gravitate to a positive attitude and feel comfort. 

Great sessions and reminders that it does not matter how long we have been in education sales. We must always sharpen our sckills to stay fresh. 

Utilizing listening tools to remid us not to fall in the pitfalls of selfish listening. This trainig should be a quarterly training to reminds us of the the diferrrence between traditional and acitve listening.
