I believe a well rounded and productive individual consists of qualities of both a leader and a manager. The qualities of each should compliment each other. 

Based on what I have learned, I believe that in order to be a well rounded leader, it is important to have the qualities of both a manager and a leader. They share similar responsibilities. 

From this context I learned that there are many myths about managers and having awareness of these myths can be beneficial.
