Healthy learning environment should be set during the first class. 

Instructor should not be in the centre of learning process.  Its all about creating healthy learning environment, not showing off your knowledge. 

Questioning is a driving force of a learning process. Questions have to be prepared well

There are 4 different learning styles to be consider to when lecturing my students. By giving variety of informational sources and applying different delivery styles, I can achieve a great improvement in learning and teaching.
