It's truly important to keep students information confidential, and not to release any information about the student to anyone that is not on there sign FERPA affidavit. 

The Title IX Coordinator is extremely knowledgeable and important to not only teach and make sure all is remaining compliant. They have to investigate all allegations, and make sure everyone is being safe.  

Title IX was created to protect students, employees and/or anyone that feels that they were discriminated, sexually assaulted, a victim of domestic violence, dating violence and being stalked. 

This is for everyone's protection and it's important to uphold, report, and prosecute any and all offenders. 

We need to feel safe in the classrooms and in the workplace.
