I think over preparing before teaching a new class is a great way to feel confident.

The steps to take to keep all students engaged in learning was very informative. 

I learned new strategies to work with different kinds of students. Also, learned reasons for behaviors in the classroom and how to respond.

I learned the importance of presenting students' with the syllabus so know fully understand requirements and expectations.

Different leadership styles may be effective in different situations. Its important to be open to changing styles depending on the goal and the staff you are working with.

I learned to write a first draft without worrying about spelling and grammar in order to get my ideas down. Once complete, go back and edit. 

What method of marketing do you find works the best for your business? 

Continue to reinforce topics covered in orientation during the first week.

Faculty and other students are a key component.

Make the students feel comfortablein the school andfeel  good about their decision to attend.
