I think the form is a waste of time and money. Parents and students already access the information about colleges they need, some starting in their freshman year in high school to get a head start. I did. The guidance counselors at these high schools were very helpful. The federal government is duplicating a service provided by the colleges. This is a waste of my tax money, duplicity on the federal level again! I don't need the federal government providing a service that is already available. Mary Williams
