I learned that multiple sources are best practice when it comes to evaluation of your work and student performance. 

The lesson provided me with knowledge on formative vs summative assessments, utilization of a rubric,student to student assessing and various feedback models to the learners.  

The lesson was important in learning different online tools in order to  develop communication and online knowledge sharing to develop online learning communities. Also Scaffolding is important for ensuring that students have or are given the knowledge that they need to be successful in the learning objectives. 

I've learned that it's important to have consistency across the board.  Students will get accustomed to receiving and delivering their information in a certain way.i

I learned that there may be students who will challenge the system. Keep good communication and any disruptions that may occur in their file. Remind them of the guidelines also, Ensure you are communicating with each student daily. Encourage the students to participate in the course discussions. Most students on-line with communicate with you by e-mail.

I learnedthe difference between Synchronous and Asynchronous Discussion Learning and Feedback. When giving a feedback with criticism do it privately in private email. Synchronous is used mainly for Chat Sessions and must be limited to a small group of students, response can be immediate. Asynchronous done with larger group and response time is longer.

I learned how important it is for the student to know about the instructor. It will make it easier to ask for help if needed.

learners have a higher sense of comfort and security when they are convinced that someone will be there to support them and make their learning experience a successful one.
