I have worked as a school director for many years, and I always felt that our admissions preocess could be better streamlined.  I thought some things could be cut out, but after reviewing this module, it's not just about trying to shorten the time with the prospect, but making sure that the information conveyed is true and correct, and making the interview process more interactive.  We can do a better job inviting more questions.  

I just completed this training and I'm glad I did this.  I wasn't required to take this course, but when you've been at the job a while as I have as a school director, it's important to stay current on changes.  This was very helpful.  

I have been through the Pacific Institute training with Joe Pace for our College.  This was refreshing, and some really good information here.  Sometimes we are all guilty of not seeing the forest for the trees.  Good stuff!
